Seal-Tec has provided asphalt sealcoating, hot rubber crack repairing, asphalt patching, and line striping services to Brown, Door, Kewaunee, and Manitowoc County customers for over 20 years.

Seal-Tec is not here to tell you how to spend your hard-earned dollars. In fact, we only want you to get the most for what you spend. If customer service and quality are not extremely important to you, or maybe your maintenance budget is tight, then take multiple bids and accept the lowest one.
But know that asphalt maintenance, like anything else, shares the concept that price and quality go together.

In a relatively small community, word spreads fast when contractors fail to provide customers with satisfactory service and fail to stand behind their product.
Most good contractors have very similar costs when it comes to the asphalt and seal coating materials and the labor involved in the application. There can often be marginal differences on bids, however if it is a substantial amount you should be questioning the contractor with the lowest bid.
At Seal-Tec we refuse to bring our costs down by cutting corners in any way. We will treat all of the cracks on your property which can be effectively tended to. We will not provide you with a watered-down sealcoat application, nor will we make it very light or thin in order to cut back on product use.
We are also FULLY INSURED and will not cease to pay our premiums just to save you a cent or two per square foot. You and your property are worth much more than that to us.
The bottom line is, remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
