Cold climates are harsh on asphalt driveways and parking lots. When improperly maintained, water seeps into crack and holes in the asphalt and destroys the surface when the water expands during freezing.
Before topcoating the asphalt it’s important to first repair any cracks and holes in the surface.
Seal-Tec can patch and fill holes in asphalt then sealcoat the surface to restore the asphalt to as-new finish.

There are a number of fly-by-night services who move into an area and offer cheap sealcoating services. Once the project is finished and the problems start to appear, the company have moved on and they’re nowhere to be found.
It’s important to work with a professional and reputable company to ensure your sealcoated surface is going to be durable and long-lasting.
At Seal-Tec, we approach each clients’ project in the following stages –
Appraisal – we’ll visit your location, assess the project and provide you with a free and firm quotation on what is needed.
Preparation – we won’t apply a sealcoat to a surface which isn’t adequately prepared. We’ll clean the asphalt surface with hand steel brooms and/or commercial sweepers, prep any oil and gasoline spots, fill any cracks and potholes, replace any severely damaged areas which cannot be easily patched, then, once the surface is adequately prepared, apply the sealcoat,
Application – we prepare the correct mix of sealant based on your specific driveway or parking lot needs. Based on usage we’ll generally apply one or two coats of sealer for a durable and long-lasting finish.
Restriping – on commercial parking lots we can apply striping as needed.
